RecommendedWe went for lunch and dinner on the first day open. So you know there's going to be stuff that needs tweaked. Everything tasted very good. Our deep dish was cold in the middle. And our fries were also cold with our dinner. No one came for drink refills and our dirty dishes sat for a long time. But I know once they work out the kinks it will be great.

I love Rosati's calzone, garlic Parm wings, and breadsticks. Last time we went in person, we were there for 2 hours. We waited a while for the pizza after the appetizers. Food was decent, wings on the small side. But we watched a waitress speak quite rudely to another party over seating. Tonight I ordered food from DoorDash. It took 2 hours. Even after a fixed oven… pizza again was sadly overcooked. Has happened 4 out of the last 5 visits 👎
We went to the restaurant in Pekin, IL last Friday night for supper. We arrived at 5:20pm. There were 4 adults and a five year old autistic child total in the party. We received our drinks fairly quickly but then had to wait about 15 min to place our order. We ordered appetizers, meal and dessert all at the same time. Our appetizers were served in average time. The pasta came out looking watered down with no flavor with what looked like cottage cheese chunks with barley melted mozzarella, they called it mosticholi . Terrible I have never sent a meal back I did today. My husband had chicken Parmesan he had to pour the excess water off his plate from his pasta and he only ate the chicken off of it. Service is by far the worst I’ve experienced in the tri-county area. Food is a joke, I’d be embarrassed to serve it to inmates. Big disappointment!
As much as I would like to patronize local establishments it becomes increasingly hard with the poor service from Rosati's. Going back to over a year of let's try ordering again and forget the burnt sandwiches, the numerous calls saying we don't have that appetizer, main course, desert, etc. to ordering a pizza and 2 sandwiches Sunday and only having the 2 sandwiches delivered.
