my order was not correct after giving specific instructions not to cut the pie into slices.
I originally ordered from Rosati’s because I haven’t been back home to Chicago in 10 years . I was excited. Out of all the times I’ve ordered from this restaurant they’ve only gotten my order correct 1 time. The last time I ordered for delivery, they took longer than usual. The girl who took the order out it for carry out instead of delivery so our food arrived cold. We tried again, this time around we dined in and again it was a disaster. Pizza was not good at all
I wasn’t going to post a negative review because they texted the next day asking for positive feedback on Google and Facebook or to contact then with issues with an option to have someone get back to you. Didn’t happen so here goes; Pizza was very good and had good amount of cheese and sauce. Disappointed that we paid for pepperoni and about 1/3 of the squares had zero toppings on them. For $5 to add pepperoni I should t have to play Where’s Waldo looking for toppings. By comparison Namoli’s in Apex charges $2 for a topping ... read more
too much cheese and couldn't taste anything else.
Called in a Togo pan pizza on a long road trip. Showed up an hour before closing to the wrong pizza and was told that they turned the ovens off. It’s Friday night. Server just apologized. No offer to fix it.
They post hours on their website that are wrong. Said they are open until 10PM. and did not answer calls to place an order at 9:30PM. Pizza is awesome but that’s uncalled for. Must be a bunch of kids that simply do not want to work!
The worst sandwich I have ever seen. After taking a huge amount of wilted lettuce and two really thick slices of barely ripe tomato off I was left with four pieces of some kind of meat and melted mozzarella. All on a six inch roll. I should add that the "meat" was of the round variety and therefore small. What kind of an Italian restaurant doesn't have provolone? I wish I could share a picture of what they call a sandwich. The "Chef" refunded my money. I haven't been there in years. Now I remember why.
The Rosati's Pizza in Morrisville NC is completely incompetent. My pizza which I ordered online was given to another customer, and left me stuck getting dinner somewhere else. They knew about this issue and did nothing until i got there. The poor service is far outweighing the taste of the pizza....I won't be back.
