I haven't changed my mind! It was horrible.
If you're going to put that much sauce on a pizza you should send out free breadsticks.
Called to order a 14 in 4 topping pizza. She told me it was $26 for the pizza and $6 delivery fee. That's $32 for a medium pizza not icluding a $5 tip for the driver which would've been $37 for a medium pizza. I said NO cancel my order. Ordered the same pizza from a locally owned pizzeria and the cost $18 + $5 tip=$23. Still $3 less than Rosatis tried charging me for just the pizza. Support local business.
I placed an order online for a future time. I waited until a few minutes after requested time to check status online. Website said “pending managers approval”. My card was charged the full amount during this status. It was determined they did not have what I ordered online for the second time in a row. They should probably remove this item from online menu. Business is run extremely poorly. The managers Steve & Brian are extremely disrespectful to their staff (even customers at times) and take advantage of their staff. Food is always late or cold because no one stays to work long enough because they quit within the first day because of how poor management is. I worked there for 4 months and witnessed a lot of things that made me not want to eat the food. Do not recommend.
Business is poorly ran, management is terrible. I enjoyed my work, but not for the pay. Taken advantage of there.
RecommendedI gave a 5 star Google review a while ago but I almost don't mean it after receiving the food I had ordered tonight. The first time eating there, I had the best Italian beef I had ever had. I ordered the exact same thing tonight, and it was completely burnt. The tinfoil was sticking to the bread so bad I had to rip the bread off in multiple places. I also ordered onion rings. After paying almost $7 for them, we received less than 10 onion rings.
