Great Pizza and outstanding customer service!! This place has the kind of high quality product and service that stands apart from other local places. Always look forward to office events catered by Rosatis! If you are looking for an impressive pizza, Rosati's in Sycamore is a solid bet.

I know rosati's is a chain, but this one is different from the rest. It's still good, but their stuffed and Pan are definitely different from the ones I've had in the Suburbs. It's very expensive for college kids. Their Demographic is probably more towards the sycamore locals.

They have the best hot chicken wings around. The Baked pastas have always been very good. The pizza however should be better for the price. There are always coupons in the local flyers, make sure you use one when you order.

Pizza is really good, but really overpriced!! Even with their coupons we always end up over $30 for a pizza...eeeek!

We ordered a pizza from here , it was delivered. The first problem is the pizza was not cut all the way through. It was undercooked the crust was soggy we had to used a fork knife because the cheese and toppings fell off. We started eating instead of pepperoni they used pepperoncinis the receipt said pepperoni. We call and get the one delivered toppings were correct but it was still undercooked watery the bottom was barely brown and the middle was very soggy,and it was not cut all the way through.We will not order from here ... read more

delever never happend ordered at 4 pm said it would be delivered by 530 called at 545 said it would be another 45 minutes never order from here again !!!! they don't know what they are doing

Sadly we've only ever had good food and service here once last year. But with this order,it takes the cake and a nastier review needs to be written. Two Jumbo Pizzas were ordered. One sausage and one pepperoni and sausage. What does this idiot do? 1/2 sausage on the one and half pepperoni and half sausage on the others. Next it's the two 20 piece boneless wing and we ordered Xtra Hot sauce. See the picture, we got extra ranch. Um. Pizza was ok. I ordered online but when I got to pick up they said they weren't able to make the side order bc they didn't have anymore. I didn't mind at all, I just said I wanted a refund then. Long story short, NEVER got the refund. NEVER going back.

Sycamore Rosati's Third and final fail. 1) Said they delivered a pizza that never was delivered. Went to bed hungry and had to call for a refund the next day. 2) Was delivered a pizza with no sauce or cheese, only veggies. Do people actually order that and if so, what is the point?? When I called, the "manager" angrily told me it was my fault but sent a new one out. I was afraid to eat it after his belligerence. 3) I'm paying for extra cheese so I can at least get SOME cheese!
