Wish I didn't have to put stars butttt here we go. Soooo I ordered from here,not too long ago and not only did they take almost 2 hours for my pizza but I found hair in my pizza it was cold and the sauce wasn't even good me and my husband couldn't even enjoy it. I even called and told the manager and they said the pizza was perfectly fine and nothing was wrong with it,yeah right I do not suggest anyone going and ordering from here ever!! Well I ordered a large pizza one topping, which it was sausage, it been past 2 hours an 20mins to be exact NO PIZZA, so I decided to call and abort my order. It doesn't take that long again I'm like not even 10min away, So never again hate to do this but people need to know what's going on this is not rite!! I really was gonna put no starts but i have to l, to even post this!

The food is good but the staff doesn't seem to have their act together. We've had delivery from them twice recently. The first time they left an item out completely. This time, they messed up my sandwich. I had the BBQ beef sandwich and fries with a side of barbecue sauce ordered but they decided to do extra bbq sauce on the sandwich which made it nearly impossible to eat. Manager is rude. First and last time ordering from here. Sandwich was disgusting. It was burnt and very chewy. Rosati's dekalb is way better, managers are nice and police, and their sandwiches comes with fries

Haven't been there in awhile. Couldn't believe how DIRTY it was. Was always so clean and decorated very nicely. Asked if they changed owners and they said corporate owns it now. Very disappointed!

Has the worst service out of any local restaurants. Ordered baked lasagna and meatballs. Girl taking order said total was $11.42. After waiting 45 minutes for delivery they brought the wrong order. Called again told my order was $11.42. 10 minutes later they bring the order it's right but now it's over $17. Lasagna was uncooked, cold and disgusting! Total waste of money. I'll never order from here again!

Can you ever call this place and get them to take your order without waiting 5 minutes or more? You loose tonight. We called Italian Dreams and they took our order right away.

Rosati's was usually pretty good; but recently we got carry out and it was disappointing. The pizza was really salty... perhaps due to low quality cheese. I had the cheese ravioli w/marinara sauce. The sauce was watery with too big onion chunks. All in all, it seemed like a frozen product, and not a very good one at that. They should just close and let the space go to a restaurant with more heart and love of food and service.

The wings are truly disgusting. They arrived resembling jerky more than wings. Not only were they obviously overcooked, but in very dirty and old oil. How can they send that out to a customer, is beyond me.
