After waiting an extra 30 min outside for the pizza (not a big deal) I got it home and opened it up to this, even the bottom crust was burnt all except for maybe 4 slices in center. Very disappointed.
This is now our third and last attempt at getting Rosatis pizza. Our pizza order was placed this evening at 6pm with a estimated delivery time of 7:15. At 7:44 I called to see what the status was as the website said still preparing the order. Was told delivery was short staffed and they would be here in about 10 minutes. At 8:15 I called back and asked for status, they said it may be another 45 minutes or so. This was shocking to hear. I asked more questions and it was clear the guy on the phone did not have answers. sign on doors says open at 11am 1115 am doors were locked.
Used to be my favorite, but it’s just gotten terrible. Orders are always wrong, food is not good anymore, and the manager is rude. I hope the owner gets it together soon. My last 4 ordered in a row have been wrong.
We use Rosatis quite often and have had good pizza…..
Food was delicious!! Excellent staff
the marinara sauce is good but the listed calliries vary depending on which menu i read and can’t possibly be correct
