From the beginning Roscoe knew this was my time buying a new home and he treated me with such respect even with all the questions i had throughout the process. He would go into further details on this I didn't understand and wouldn't get upset when i still didn't understand even after explaining in full detail. 10/10 would recommend Roscoe to anyone i know buying a home (sent a customer his way already).
