My experience with TMF would not have been GREAT without Roscoe. He truly is what made the experience amazing. He is patient, kind, attentive, diligent, and responsive. I sometimes have to work past 5pm, and it has been amazing to be able to contact him outside of typical hours. He took the time to explain things to me as first-time home buyer, and I could not be more grateful.
