Not making a party pay the difference in ticket amounts of tickets purchased by a USMC Vet. I bought tickets for a date. I paid with my cc. A Vet made a purchase of tickets, yes plural. And when we showed up anyone that didn't have an I.D. showing they served, they were forced to pay the difference of a discounted ticket of an already paid for ticket. grrrr.

Saw the Joker yesterday- AND right immediately when the credits started to roll some employee (a heavy woman with glasses, ponytail, carrying a broom) walked into the theater and started shouting for everyone to leave, so she could clean. We were hoping she would leave us alone because we were the only family sitting up int the front, and everyone else had been sitting in the chairs up the stairs. Just returned from the cinema, very disappointed. Planned to watch “Once upon a time in Hollywood “ long ago. We can go only for the late shows, like 9 p.m. Arranged everything in the day to be free for the evening. The cashier wanted $18 for 2 seniors as he said it was in a V.I.P lounge. After a long row of advertising the movie started but it was another one. The managers refused to refund the money, just gave us tickets for another day that was $5 cheaper. This is the second movie in a row that has started late. The 1st time my husband and others in the audience went out to see what was wrong. They were told that they were "working on it". But no explanation was given to all in the theater. This time the wait wasn't as long, but what's so hard about starting on time!
Prices are outrageous! We don’t get out much, but had movie money from several years back, with no expiration, and they would not honor it. Staff was rude, with the exception of one. Think we’ll just continue to wait til the movies come out on video.
