The last few times I've been there it gets very hot in there. Everybody around me was hot and uncomfortable.
I was very disappointed by the service I received here the other day. My mother and daughter were watching a movie and I came as soon as I got off work. She had a seat saved for me but the person in the ticket booth refused to sell me a ticket. She stated it was sold out even after telling her I had a seat saved inside she wouldn't let me enjoy the movie with my daughter and mother...
The person in the ticket booth was helpful. The guy taking tickets and handing out 3D glasses was a jerk. He tone and body language were rude and sarcastic not just to us but every time I heard him speak. He needs a different job. The 3D glasses were terrible, scratched or dirty, couldn't tell in the dark. They made the movie dull.
