Prompt response My Elantra battery died suddenly in the morning and it's around 2.5 years old so not something expected. I called AAA and after checking they said the battery had some error code and it it was under warranty to go to the dealer. I called Rosen and took the car. They took a look and replaced the battery. I was not happy that the battery died in less than 3 years so something Hyundai should look into.

Fastest time yet. I had an appointment and figured it would be about 30 to 40 minutes, but they were done faster than some pizzas I've ordered. My punch card is full, so my next one is free.

Free Oil Change and Tire Rotation This is the 2nd visit since I purchased my 2017 Tucson, and couldn't be happier with the service. I was in and out in 45 minutes, and making the appointment on the website was wonderful.
