Great Service as Usual I've been going to Rosen Hyundai for 4 years now to have service performed on my 2013 Sonata. I have always had a great experience receiving regularly scheduled maintenance, oil changes, and any recall work. Work is typically done timely, but they have offered me a loaner if work was going to take awhile. I will continue going there for service and intend to include this dealer in my search for a new Hyundai when I enter the market.

N/a When I come in for an oil change without an appointment. It always possible to get service. One suggestion is that clients should be able to make the next service appointment when checking out with cashier

its ok a little disappointed I was not able to get my fuel door fixed under WARRANTY. other than that everything is been fine.
