Outstanding Service Advisors Ron, my service advisor was very helpful and listened to my concerns and acted on them. Very customer-focused. The service technician over-torqued the lug nuts when rotating my tires. This is not the first time they did this. They should use a torque wrench.

customer service Had a few problems with the air conditioner and oil pan, car still under warranty, air conditioner was a bit of a problem not wanting to cover it , but the service manager got it to go thru. It's my sons first car so I was very appreciative for all the help getting it going.
