Great service at last minute I suddenly had a problem with front brakes grinding seriously and getting worse with every use late on a Friday. I called first thing Saturday with my fingers crossed I would be able to get an appointment by Tuesday afternoon. Incredibly, the scheduler said I could come right in. I talked to my service manager when I arrived about the brake issue and going ahead with my oil change 300 miles early. Fast seeive I was having service done on my 2016 Tucson. The advisor said it could take up to two hours. Amazingly, they were done with in 1 hour. The service advisor took the time to explain the findings of the service log.

Last visit/July 14, 2018 We have always been so pleased with our service needs with your dealership, which is why I am puzzled why an oil change was performed on my last visit when I did not request it. When I called for the appt.the recording would show I asked service for the lid opening being difficult to open when I was filling the car with gas, to check the ignition, and to order an extra key.
