Excellent Service Dept. Patty Burgess was excellent to deal with and we love the Rosen Hyundai service dept. - we came in for a minor issue without an appt. and were seen immediately. Patty also looked up the recall notices and within an hour all was fixed, car was washed and we were set to go!

Recalls and Tire Fix I came in to check on low tire pressure. It took very little time to determine I had a screw in the tire and that it needed to be plugged. Also discovered that I had two recalls to deal with. I was to get an email notifying me of the recalls. However, I did not. It may have gone to spam, which I don't check. All was completed in a very timely manner. I would like to have had my dash settings reset prior to driving away, if possible. It takes unnecessary time for me to do it.
