Rosen Hyundai is a great place! From the minute I walked I was greeted by a very friendly Service Lady. I came in for an oil change. The Service Lady also told me there was a recall on my car and they could take care of it along with my oil change. I left my car and was told they would call me when it was ready in about an hour. I received the call within the hour and when I returned to pick up my car the oil change was done, the recall was taken care of and my car was washed and ready to go! AWESOME!

Great Staff. Great WiFi, Great Customer Area w/ Great Coffee! Title Says It All!! Staff is awesome and I don't mind making the customer area home base to get a little work done. They even have a few private cubes so I can jump on a WebEx. Thanks Rosen!

I drive out of my way to come to Rosen for service I have purchased/leased 5 Hyundai's from Rosen. From the start they knew I would not be coming out for routine service due to the driving distance. I started driving out over the last year for service on the vehicles. They are knowledgeable, professional, and easy to deal with. They are more than competitive on there pricing.

Ron Merchut went above and beyond what was expected I was having service done that would normally not be done on a Saturday because of how long the job takes, however, it was the only time I had available. I had two children with me so we settled in for a long wait with IPads and toys. To my surprise the job was completed in half the time due to Ron Merchut putting two guys on the job so we did not have to spend the entire day waiting for our vehicle.
