Great service staff. I forgot to have my frequent oil change card punched! I would have remembered if the cashier had my car keys and I could leave the plastic card on my key chain. I don't like having my car keys left in the car; I'd rather pick them up from the cashier after I pay. So far, great service, I feel the employees are honest and do what is best for our cars. Quick....Efficient. I had a very good experience with helpful and friendly staff. Came in for one recall...staff noted I had been also recalled for something a long time ago....and fixed BOTh recalls fast. Waiting area was comfortable and LOVED the FREE car wash to get the winter salt off my car as a thank you to me for choosing Rosen for my Hyundai recall. Most likely will be back when servicing is needed.
