Friendly and prompt No waiting, service adviser Patty was awesome. Linda had a loaner car running and warm when we walked out to it. The loaner was like new. Great experience.

Timely and great service They were thorough in their inspection and found some critical things that need attention. I was not totally surprised as I had my suspicions those issues needed attention. The costs were not out of line helped by the fact I purchased one of the service packages when I bought the car.

Service Experience I went in with the check engine light on. The problem was checked out and explained to me by my service advisor, Patty. She took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. She kept me updated on the progress while I waited. She is awesome as are all the folks in the service dept. have been for the 7 years I've been going there. Thank you.

Service on my Tuscan I was in for an oil change. Then they told me my car was due for the 15000 mile checkup. I only had a hour since I had another appt. It was completed with time to spare. I enjoyed the gal who took care of me. Wish I’d gotten her name. I think she’s the only female in the service Dept. She was great. Helped me out with another issue too. And love it when my car comes out all clean. A car wash is a nice perk
