Regular Service on 2015 SantaFe As usual service here at Rosen Hyundai has been excellent. Always it seems they are courteous at the front desk, ask the direct questions about cars performance and if there are any issues, go about serving the vehicle, in my case oil and filter change, tire rotation, and car wash. I leave with my wife, have breakfast, and Rosen calls right about the time we finish, we pick up the car and go home! The service is always done efficiently and on time!

Very friendly. The only negative I have is where they park the cars for the customers to pick up after service. It is very difficult for an older person with a cane.

Pleasant waiting space Waiting for my vehicle doesn’t interrupt my paper trail routine. I bring my devices and notebooks, have plenty of room to spread out, and just continue my work day. Tea and hot water are available. I can converse, work or read. Thank you for the WiFi.

Great customer service always accommodating! They were able to schedule me an appointment right away. Also Hyundai was able to fix another issue I had with my car right away even without having an appointment. Very accommodating
