Customer service is great Came in with bad oil leak, told service writer what I thought problem was. Tom got me in and out quickly, had problem fixed and charged only for an oil change.

Everyone is kind, attentive and knows their stuff. I've always had kind and informative people every time I've gone to Rosen and it's a reason I bought from here instead of the two Hyundai dealerships closer to me.
