Rosen Hyundai - The best So, I have owned a new 2010 SantaFe now driven by my daughter, and a new 2015 SantaFe (My favorite to date) and Rosen Hyundai has always been honest and efficient servicing both these cars. My only complaint has been the 2010 SantaFe has always shifted hard from the start several times a year, and never has been resolved because Rosen Hyundai claims it cannot be fixed unless the shift can be replicated in the shop, which of course it cannot. Best service ever ! Rosen has always given the best service ever. I have recommended many friends and family members to buy at Rosen. I have been a Rosen customer for 40 years. Good work I had an issue with the car driving a little rough at certain speeds. I took it to a local garage and they suspected an axle issue. Since the car was still under warranty for drive train, I took it to Rosen. They diagnosed the issue quickly and the same as the local garage. They fixed it under warranty and had it out in a short time.

The employees and the facilities. All the employees I have encountered are friendly and courteous. The facility is excellent. Waiting are is comfortable. Just one complaint: I have had my Genesis Coupe serviced at Rosen since purchasing it there 2 years ago. I have been completely satisfied in the past, and was completely satisfied this time except in one respect: Each time the car was serviced in the past, I was presented with both and invoice for payment and an inspection checklist detailing the items checked.
