Service Center associates are good, actual auto technicians could do better Had the vehicle in for an oil change. Was greeted well by the associates. However, after picking up vehicle and arriving at home I found numerous oil spots on driveway and garage floor. I would expect the technicians to wipe down the underframe around the oil plug and filter. Something that is simple to do for the technician, taking ownership and doing some of the small things that go along way to delivering excellent service.
