Courteous and fast service Rosen staff is polite, friendly and get my car serviced in a timely manner and, even with stuck on bugs from a trip to South Dakota, the wash crew did a great job of cleaning after servicing.

A bit longer waiting than I thought I was told computers going down was a part of the delay but it did not seem to affect the wait for customers who arrived after me.
