Long wait , but good work I had an appointment for an oil change. It took an hour and a half plus. They performed a recall service that showed up as NC on the bill. I did not get an explanation of the recall. Overall good work, but communication could be better.

I apologize for the lack of communication on our part, the 1.5 hr service was largely due to the recall. There is arecall for the prevention of rust on the underbody of your vehicle. This procedure alone can take 1.5 hrs, coupled with the oil change you should have been informed that it can take up to 2 hours, I do apologize for that. Rosen Hyundai i take my car for service at Rosen Hyundai. The service department is great. Every one is very Curtiss and help full. You can't ask for better service.
