Ok service I had a few services with Rosan Hyundai. This particular one was good. Very short wait time, clean interior of my car, chair position on the driver side not changed (or returned back to one I had) I would give it four and a half stars if I could forget my prior bad experience with them.

Beautiful facility with a helpful team My Sonata had an issue with the transmission. My mechanic recommended I take it to the dealer as it would be covered under the drive train warranty. There were some complexities with the nature of the defect, a previous other Hyundai Dealer repair, and warranty coverage. I also experienced a subsequent break down. While frustrating, problems happen. But Rosen Hyundai was professional and reasonable. Not all was covered by warranty, but most. All in all, treated me fairly.

Great Service Department! Great Customer Service, friendly, professional, prompt service along with a very clean and comfortable waiting area. Every employee I encountered from start to finish was courteous and made my visit comfortable!
