Oil change and ECM update I was pleased that Rosen Hyundai rolled over my three free oil changes to the following year since I only had the oil changed once in the first year due to low mileage.

Quick and Easy I made appointment for recall repairs online. When I arrived at the appointed time they were ready for me and within a few seconds I was in the waiting room. After 1 hour, the expected repair time, they were done and I was signing my paperwork. So quick and easy.I even added an oil change while I was at it.

Sonata Service The process of getting my Sonata serviced was so easy and pleasant! Patti in Service was great in informing me of my problem and keeping me updated during the repair process! Defect in carpeting I was disappointed that carpeting front passenger seat had a cut. I was told that is how they all are. I think some repair was in order. Even with this Rosen has a great service department
