Service Time Wait I was very pleasantly surprised when Jeff, the Service Manger at Rosen contacted me to discuss my poor experience immediately after my review was submitted. We discussed my concerns and he was able to resolve. I only gave 4 stars because I want to see what the next appointment brings

Sales is stellar & service has proved much better than originally experienced The first couple times I had my vehicle in for service, it was rather rocky. This last time was outstanding from the day I dropped off to the day I picked up. No issues and received a voicemail when the service was completed.
