My entire dental experience was very positive. The entire staff, receptionists, technicians, and Dr. Wlodawsky were exceptional providers. They were time responsive to my questions, provided me with thorough explanations of the needed dental work (implant) and follow up procedures. I would highly recommend their staff to anyone needing dental work.

My son got his wisdom teeth removed and the experience was horrible. Staff were rude had no patience for my son. The staff acted like he was the first person to come off anesthesia, with their goal to just piss him off. I literally had to walk my son out to the car he couldn't even walk. The nurse couldn't find a vein ended up poking him 4 times. Never received A follow up call checking on him. Was told by the doctor no need for a follow up. Get his dentist to check it out.
My grandmother and i waited for longer than an hour past our appt time to be seen. Also the procedure she needed received an estimate of $4k more than the procedure at a surgeon on NOVA. I moved her to the southside and decided to have the procedure done closer rather than an hour away, but for $4k difference we’ll be going to Fredericksburg
Everytime I talk with my doctor it feels that they he is not taking the time to really listen to what I am saying in regards to my own health and my own feelings and that he is trying to get our interaction over with as quickly as possible. I had a common procedure done and beforehand I told him about previous issues I have had with IVs and he acted very cocky and did exactly what I told him would not work, which resulted in a massive bruise that remained for 3 weeks post-op. The Dr reminded me of a carnival barker. Looked about 19, fast talker, good eye contact. “Tell you what I’m going to do…”. Obviously on the clock. More bodies equal more $. Finally realizes I’m on blood thinners and the record unwinds with some disappointment about stitches, packing the tooth & bleeding all night. Quick departure to receptionist to arrange my cardiologist permission to stop blood thinners for several days. Then “ faster than a speeding bullet” off to the next body.
I waited an hour to be seen. The doctor spent a minimum of 5 minutes. Never collaborated with my dentist on oral pictures.

Initial consultation was on 2/16/23. Before scheduling procedure, a preauthorization was was required from the insurance company. Today is March 15, 2023 and the insurance company has not receive a request for preauthorization.
The staff is cold each visit and on our first visit treated my husband as though he had no rights regarding my daughter’s care.
