I have called the office 3 times and request a callback concerning my upcoming surgery and no one has called me back.l this has been going on for days. Two of the of the messages were for ext 2009 which i marked as Important. I called again today and was told on the recording i could receive a call within the hour. No one called.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment on your services. After my visit, you informed me that my insurance did not cover the visit. Other practices were able to give me this information before I made an appointment.
I have had very BAD experiences with dentists my entire life. I have even had 2 other previous sedation dentistry procedures in the past and it was still a BAD experience. I have type II diabetes and it has wrecked havoc in my mouth. I was very nervous to come here knowing I needed 7 teeth removed. Come to find out it was 8 including a wisdom tooth that came in late. No one informed me that I had to take prescriptions before my next appointment. Consequently no note was added to the Rx stating they needed to be gluten free. I have celiac disease and must have gf medications or I get very sick. I arrived at 3: 25 for my 3:30 appointment. I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes before being allowed in at 4 pm. I have not heard back from the person that was suppose to analyze my claim and then coordinate it with my insurance company and me.
The whole experience was awful, they sent her home a 16 year old, with no instructions. The nurse was talking to her really bad when they were trying to get her together to leave. I asked the doctor for school note and instructions. His reply was they (nurses) will get those for you! I asked them (nurses) for school note and instructions. Their reply everything you need is in the blue bags we gave you. One of the nurses was spraying and trying to clean up before we were out of the room.
