They damaged my car and worst thing is they refuse to own it up
I felt that were not honest people. Will tell you whatever to make a sale. They charged an extra $ 1,800 on a protective coating for interior and exterior with out my consent. When asked about it they said it is standard with every car they sale. This coverage should not be mandatory. I can protect my own seat and paint!

I went in for regular scheduled service. It was done quickly. The service writer was helpful and explained the work to be done clearly.
