Purchased a vehicle a month ago, 2 weeks later experienced a exhaust leak sound. Called the dealership and the used car service department stated that it was nothing they could do about it. I bought it in and they wanted me to leave with no rental or transportation since I live in Killeen, they told me to take it to the killeen Nissan dealership in which they told me to take it back to round rock. Had an ad for a free turkey with a test drive. I called and they said, “yep, come in in and we will get it to you.” Came in for a test drive and then they said I needed a “certificate”. No turkey. Manager didn’t have the decency to come and tell me himself. Seems like they’ve got a lot of issues. Don’t shop here unless you have to...
