Up front/on site experience was terrific but once you get to financing (even after you bring your own) it is slow as molasses! Not ok in this day and age, felt like I had stepped back in time... unfortunate in a technology city! :(

Round Rock Nissan is an outstanding Dealership, but what made my buying experience even better was my salesperson Mendy Humphries. Mendy went above and beyond my expectations when working with a car salesman. She took her time with me and was very patient in assisting me with picking out my car. I would highly recommend Round Rock Nissan and above all Mendy as your sales person. I love my new 2017 Nissan Altima and I'm Very happy with my experience.
