After working at car dealerships for 8 years in the 90s, i didn't have a high opinion of franchised dealerships. Wanted a new truck, brand new. Love Nissan quality, so tried RRN. Blown away with professionalism, dealing on my frontier was a good experience (both parties understood business and consumer need). Even took my maxima in for just an oil change with amazing experiences, service writers are super nice and professional. Go to round rock Nissan. Definitely will thank yourself.

Justin is a CAN DO GUY!!! Glad be approached me to show me trucks...he made my dream truck purchase come thru...by working with me and his management and finance to make all the numbers work! He spent his while Saturday eith me towing my trailer behind different trucks with never ending patience. Even helped us move contents from the other etc! I am very very happy with the 2 cars I have purchased from them and loved my salesman Nick. I would be giving 5 star if not due to the Gap Insurance they sold me. DO NOT purchase Gap insurance. After 3-1/2 months they still have not paid as promised. I have had to make 2 car payment for a car that was totaled and have to make another today. Way to not pay off what the insurance didn't cover which to my understanding was what Gap was for. They have made a few payments but leave a balance, pay a little more, leave a balance. Gil Garcia is the best salesman I've ever worked with! As a single man with no children, he took out the time to help me find a smaller SUV and one that was within my price range. By the time I made it to the dealership from work, my documents were already printed in the finance department and ready to sign. I was in and out in less than an hour. I'd highly recommend Round Rock Nissan and internet sales manager, Gil Garcia, without reservation!
