First of all I had an appointment at 10am and I arrived early at 9:10am was not checked in un20 minutes later. Which was okay at first. Then I was told it would take two hours for the car to be ready. The two hours turned into four hours and I missed my doctors appointment which I had at 12:30pm so I wasn't not happy about that at all.

Good service, representative was polite and helpful. He answered all my questions. Little pricy. For oil change, cabin filter, engine filter, and brake fluid almost $700.00
