My recent experience at Toyota was disappointing. I waited for more than two hours to find out that the reason why i smelled something burning when driving my car was because someone had left the oil cap partially open. It could have only been someone at Toyota that serviced my car last that made the error. He said it was not due to the recent recall effecting some Rav 4 models which was what prompted my visit.
