Overall this place was great! Food and service outstanding. I am willing to give 5 stars even though we had a reservation and still were seated practically in a corner and next to a very big and noisy table. We are local and would definitively come back, but make sure seating preference is made known.

We felt very comfortable here. Our waiter was very helpful and attentive. The food was prepared perfectly. The atmosphere made for a relaxing meal. The highlight of our visit was most definitely our waiter, he was great.

Even better than the last time we ate there! Delicious salmon, great pork chop. Fantastic chocolate macaron for desert. Excellent service. The only hiccup was my caesar salad, it needs to be cleaned better as i had grit in it. Still overall everything was terrific.

It had been about 8 weeks since we last enjoyed Roxy’s; and even with the time lapse, the staff from hostess to floor manager remembered us, even a server who did not wait on us this time came over to say hello and addressed us by all of our names. Monica, Spencer, Albert, floor manager, and of course the the bread girl; were all wonderful, as usual. Thank you for making our time at Roxy;s special each and every time!

Wait staff were friendly without being intrusive. The ribeye steaks were done to perfection and melted in your mouth. Quiet atmosphere and great ambience with the domed, brick, wine cellar feel.

It was our first visit to Reno (just passed through on way back from Lake Tahoe). We stayed one night at the Eldorado with the sole intention of attending the Illusionists (which is a great show for families with kids of all ages). To my surprise as part of buying tickets to the show we received 1/2 off for entrees at many restaurant associated with the three of the hotel/casinos. We choice the Roxy and saved $45 on the bill.
