Best Christmas dinner I’ve had!! The Thai shooters were my favorite! Service and wine were excellent! The fillet mignion was amazing.
We were seated at the Roxy on Christmas day at 5:15. My husband ordered lamb and I had a filet. Both were awesome. Also had a soufflé for dessert - to die for.
One of Reno’s finest, upscale but casual. The wine flights are a nice touch especially the sparkling wines! Table service is excellent, highly recommended....

You can't go wrong with any Eldorado restaurant - the food is always really good. But Roxy is located in a heavy traffic area and next to a bar that plays loud music. So, if you're looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. And maybe I'm old-fashioned, but if I'm paying fairly high prices for a meal, I expect the wait staff to be very professional. Waiter was very attentive and seemed to have a lot of tables to work. A little dissapointed at when I made the reservation, I explained it was a "anniversary" and nothing was stated at check in. However the waiter was very responsive when we were speaking with him. I feel if you ask when making a reservation "is there a special occasion" this should be addressed at dinner, otherwise don't ask correct? Thank you
Amazing service and food! Service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced and I lived in Chicago.
My wife and I ate there on a Friday evening before a show at the El Dorado theater. We each had the salmon, which was excellent. We are on a low carbohydrate dinner and the waiter substituted the potatoes for more vegetables without any problems. We had reservations and were seated a few minutes early, as soon as we arrived. The service was excellent. Since we had show tickets, the entres were half price.
