Service was great everyone was friendly and helpful. Food was good and cooked as requested. I felt conflicted with the menu but I knew that going in. The person I was with ordered a meal that had sides and I didn't. That meant I had to order sides for just myself but they were portioned for 2 people. Sp we had too much food on the table. We figured it out and made it work though. I would probably return
The staff was great. From the host, water, and servers. It was one of the best steaks ever. Price was a lot cheaper than the steakhouses in Las Vegas. It was very loud in there. But not much the staff can do about loud patrons.
I had put on the reservation that it was a birthday and nothing was ever brought up about it. We also watched a table of gentle men sit down after us and have bread and food served to them way before we got even bread. Over all tho great food
Arrived about 20 minutes before our 6:30 reservation and they had no problem seating us. I think after 7:30 is more peak for them on a Friday night. Their Caesar salad is big enough for two. Filet and prime rib both excellent and their horseradish sauce has a big bite 😄. Service, food, ambiance all great!
Food is exceptional. Service is extraordinary. We plan to close out our annual golf trip with friends at the Roxy each year.
We really enjoyed having our special family dinner at Roxy's. We come to Reno a could times a year and also try to have one night at Roxy's along with the piano lounge, all ways a night to remember. We highly recommend it.
The food was excellent. The Duck Fat Fried Potatoes were a great choice to go with my steak.
Great dinner and top notch service. Heather, our server, was fabulous. Food was prepared to perfection. It’s easy to see a professional restaurant operation and this is definitely one. We will be back for sure. Thank you for making a special birthday dinner!
Amazing experience. The best oysters and prime rib I’ve ever had. The service and staff excellent. Chocolate soufflé amazing. I can’t wait to go back.
