RecommendedAs ALWAYS we were treated with respect, we were not forced into any sales pitches. We HIGHLY recommend Royal but the go to Service Rep to ask for is ERIC BOWLING! Great guy, knowledgeable and treats the car as if it was his or his kid driving it! Quality and Curtious crew!

I’ll be completely honest...whoever answered the phone When I originally booked my service appointment was extremely rude and disrespectful honestly I wish I could’ve gotten the name because I totally would’ve reported him however due to hurricane Zeta my appointment was canceled obviously. When we have our car serviced, they are not on knowledgeable but thorough. They are pleasant and are easy to deal with. We are on our third Honda and love them!!!
