Late in day Wife hit curb. Blew out 2 tires. Called Royal Honda and explained situation to Mr. Donald Delaune. Was towed to Royal after closing. Received call early next morning from Don advising what they would do. Received call at 11:00 am that car was ready. Did thorough exam of car to make sure no under hood damage. Long story short. 2 tires and alignment. Out before noon. Thanks to Mr. Don.
The staff are very nice at Royal Honda. My appointment was for 9:00 and I was done by 9:30.
Been a Royal Honda customer since 2002. They have the best service in the New Orleans area. Fast and courteous service once again on 10/5.
