My name is *********************** from **********, CAI love the product and the quality. I have a full set of cookware since 20+ years ago. Still impecable. Their service was wonderful. *************************** order replacement pieces and new valves and they were sent out immediately. I recently order a water filter and just a week ago I order the pre- filter too and they came to install it the same day I received it. Our family loves Royal Prestige.

I love my Royal Prestige cookware! We got our set when we first got married 20 years ago now. It is the most dependable and durable cookware, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The few calls I’ve made over the years regarding the lifetime warranty have met my expectations. A whistle and a broken lid cover were both replaced without issue. Keep up the great work!
