The costumer service was great and very knowledgeable. The only part that had me puzzle was, if I gave $500 dollars as a down-payment why it didn't show on the payment slip you send me. I spoke with someone that explained but i still dont get why is not showing like it was been deducted from the original amount . Other than that Everything else was outstanding.

The initial statement reflects the balance after the down payment but as long as you have copy of your sales order, the amount after our down payment will match your first statement balance.
