I love my Royal Prestige cookware! We got our set when we first got married 20 years ago now. It is the most dependable and durable cookware, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The few calls I’ve made over the years regarding the lifetime warranty have met my expectations. A whistle and a broken lid cover were both replaced without issue. Keep up the great work!

Muy buena calidad los productos yo adquirí un extractor de jugo pero el servicio de la persona que lo hizo no fue buena tuve que averiguar por mi cuenta como hacer los y cuando empezaban y me prometio dar los instrumentos que van dentro del extractor de jugo para hacerlo de distintas maneras y hasta el día de hoy no me los a entregado y no es la primera vez el anterior señor también fue un pésimo servicio y según lo enviaron a el nuevo representante de ventas y la verdad fue lo mismo no son serios con sus palabras
