Very happy with the pans, easy to cook nothing sticks. But having trouble with the large and medium size pots my rice sticks and have to scrape it. However the clean up is easier. I have not had a chance to use the whole set yet. But my biggest concern is that the food sticks to the large pan. My representative was very helpful even coming to my house to show me the proper use. She was open to come again if I had additional concerns.

This is the second set of Royal Prestige we have bought. After 20 years we opted to upgrade to the latest and greatest. We gave are old set, which is still like new, to our daughter who was so thrilled and thankful for a long-lasting set of cooking pots and pans. The reps, Jorge & Diego were terrific, they know the brand & benefits of the products. love my water filter, my knifes set & the best knife sharpener. Love the warranty on the products too. Thank you!

The product is really good but there was some problems with communication. My provider told me my first payment will be on January 30th and then when I receive my package this new year four days later I receive an email saying I had two months behind for non payment when in those months I didnt have had the product and it was really difficult explaining that to the customer arrive and customer service didnt seem to care and they were kind of rude to me. I really didnt like that

Excellent service and top quality products. The company responds immediately to calls or emails within 48 hours. They go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I am so happy I purchased their products and they do stand by them 100%. I purchased a set of their royal prestige cookware and items in 2007 and have been completely satisfied with their response when I needed new parts for the lids.
