It was very easy to place the order. The customer service was great. The only thing we would prefer different about the slide is the area where the bottom part attaches to the top part of the slide. It has a gap with the gray insulation strip and it would have been nicer if it tightened together more so it doesn't look so obvious. However, it doesn't affect the functionality of it at all. Also, it would be nice if there was some type of cover over the back of the steps to make it look more finished, but other than that ... read more

I received my pool within the time I was told. I have not received the filtering system or the skimmer set. Overall all has been great. Just waiting on the other items
