the ordering was quick and simple
My shopping experience was fine until this annoying feedback thing came up when I placed my order. I can't not respond? are you kidding? There was nothing to rate. Bad idea. Otherwise, good prices, quick shipping. Haven't unpacked the shipment yet so nothing to say about the products but I have ordered from Royal before and I expect the products will be as advertised.

A little slow about getting quote back to me but done very quickly when I brought it to their attention. Ended up warehouse sent wrong pieces but Royal Swimming pools quickly rectified the situation and were very pleasant and responsive.
