Professional process made easy I had been rejected by multiple lenders over the last few months due to issues where the advisor would just say “can’t help you” and offer no feedback or how I could qualify. Excellent customer service and professionalism. As this is my first time taking out an equity loan on my home David has walked me through the process of every step and thoroughly explained in detail what each step entailed. He has been in constant contact with me through each phase and everything went so smoothly. There was no stress and I am very happy that David Piers was the person who handled this for me.
