This business is racist! They discriminated against my mom. She applied for a home loan, since she needed a co-signer, she was denied because the co-signer only speaks SPANISH. What kind of unprofessional business is this!! This is not okay. Do they not work with Spanish speaking clientele, or do they not know what translation lines are???

Jace and his team were instrumental in making this refinance a smooth and unstressful experience. During previous refinance, I have encountered extended timeliness for more than a month; gather numerous documents; chasing down the loan representative for questions, etc. etc. Jace and his team were always in contact with me; keeping me updated on all aspects of the loan process; and closing. The amount of time it took his team to process and close my loan was exceptional. Kutos to him and his team. Don

Everything went fine until closing they paid my old mortgage after the pay off quote expired and didn't send my old lender enough to pay off completely. I was reassured that it would be fine and it wasn't. I also asked for my wife to be on the title and they did not add her. They had great communication up until the day of signing after that they dropped the ball.

I can’t say enough about Royal Mortgage and their team, especially Kathleen!! The whole loan process was quick and painless. She made it easy to understand and walked me through each step with ease. I had an amazing experience with Royal United Mortgage! My Loan Advisor, Marice Raines, was with me every step of the way making sure that I was informed about the process and had everything I needed. I processed a refinance of my home in the Tampa Florida area and the process was as smooth as could be. We received an impressive interest rate and our closing happened very quickly. This was the most stress-free loan process I have experienced!!! 5 Stars to Marice and his amazing team!
