Lending Tree, Royal United Mortgage and Jace R are an amazing group to deal with. Loan approved in 5 days after we were told 2-3 weeks. Jace is so great to work with. He definitely knows what he’s doing and is very professional. Answering all questions on the spot. He also was able to get us a slightly lower interest rate than we were first quoted. We would def call this group again. Excellent situation.

Jace and his team were instrumental in making this refinance a smooth and unstressful experience. During previous refinance, I have encountered extended timeliness for more than a month; gather numerous documents; chasing down the loan representative for questions, etc. etc. Jace and his team were always in contact with me; keeping me updated on all aspects of the loan process; and closing. The amount of time it took his team to process and close my loan was exceptional. Kutos to him and his team. Don

Everything went fine until closing they paid my old mortgage after the pay off quote expired and didn't send my old lender enough to pay off completely. I was reassured that it would be fine and it wasn't. I also asked for my wife to be on the title and they did not add her. They had great communication up until the day of signing after that they dropped the ball.

I can’t say enough about Royal Mortgage and their team, especially Kathleen!! The whole loan process was quick and painless. She made it easy to understand and walked me through each step with ease. I felt comfortable and safe and had no worries the whole way through the process from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and will be telling all my friends about them. Royal United Mortgage is incredible. They are super friendly, efficient, fast and get it done, period! Jessica Brennan my load advisor was always on the phone with me and contacting me via email to help me through the process throughout the day and night. Never had problems getting a hold of her or someone on her team. They were so quick they even called me while I was on the computer looking up options. First in is first to win! Great job guys!
