I was in an automobile accident, and needed a few weeks of both OT and PT. I worked with Rachel and with Jamie, and both were great! I cannot say enough about their professionalism and their ability to resolve my issues in the shortest amount of time possible- no dragging things out. On the occasions where I have needed therapy, I have always asked my doctors to write a prescription for RPI to receive it.
Jamie was great. She was on top of everything and was able to see where I needed extra help. The rest of the staff was very warm and welcoming. Despite the Covid situation, I felt very comfortable coming to RPI with all the cleaning and screening procedures that are in place,
I always know that Jamie will help me when I have problems.
Excellent personalized service. RPI physical therapists are both very skilled and compassionate. I highly recommend them without any reservations.
