Efficient, professional and practical
As always, my experience at RPI was wonderful. The entire staff is so knowledgeable, helpful , and kind.
When you walk in, you're greeted by very nice individuals that make you feel welcome and that you're going to be treated well. The therapists are very knowledgeable and very positive, which is really appreciated after the surgeon disappears. The explanation and encouragement of what is going on goes a long way in developing the attitude it takes to do the therapy at home and complete your rehabilitation as soon as possible.
Jonty and Scott worked out an excellent plan to rehabilitate my knee which is showing much improvement. The health guidelines in place made me feel that I was in a very safe environment. Every aspect of my experience was a positive one and I recommend RPI very highly.
The entire staff is warm and helpful in every way.

You took such good care of me! I felt safe in the environment - both in the lobby and the therapy spaces. And Jamie Heede is wonderful! She is so very clear about what she's doing and explaining why, and terrific in teaching the physical exercises I need to do at home.
